Adobe has unveiled CX Enterprise, an end-to-end agentic AI system designed to orchestrate customer experience workflows across the full lifecycle, with the new CX Enterprise Coworker component enabling multi-agent task coordination based on business goals. The platform integrates with major AI providers (AWS, Anthropic, Google Cloud, Microsoft, OpenAI, NVIDIA) and enterprise partners including Accenture, Deloitte Digital and others, allowing teams to embed Adobe's customer experience intelligence directly into their existing tools without switching between systems. Key additions include the Marketing Agent (now available in Microsoft 365 Copilot and beta across other platforms), an agent skills catalogue for building reusable workflows, and new integrations with data and engagement platforms that enable continuous execution of customer journey tasks with governance and oversight.
