Zendesk has completed its acquisition of Forethought Technologies, an all-cash deal that integrates Forethought's self-learning AI capabilities into Zendesk's Resolution Platform to enable truly autonomous customer service agents. This acquisition strengthens Zendesk's ability to build purpose-built AI agents that improve with every interaction, detect workflow gaps, and operate autonomously across voice channels and enterprise systems, whilst Forethought customers will continue to have uninterrupted service and can remain independent of Zendesk if they choose.
