Multiple services including Analytics dashboards, Chat, Admin Center, and the product tray experienced outages on Pods 18, 20, and 29 on January 28, 2026, from 07:37 to 08:53 UTC, preventing agents from responding to WhatsApp messages; the incident was caused by an update that inadvertently removed a critical access management setting, which was resolved by reverting to the previous stable version.
