Adobe redefines customer experience with Adobe CX Enterprise agentic AI system

Adobe has launched Adobe CX Enterprise, an end-to-end agentic AI system designed to automate customer lifecycle management across acquisition, engagement, conversion and loyalty, with native integration into Adobe applications and composable architecture supporting multiple AI platforms including AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft and OpenAI. The platform introduces Adobe Brand Intelligence and Engagement Intelligence engines to deliver personalised experiences at scale, alongside new developer tools, agent skills catalogues and the Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker—a multi-agent orchestrator that translates business objectives into executable campaigns whilst maintaining human oversight and control.
