How can I add photos to fields?

I'm struggling to find a way to create a custom field to which I can upload photos (that I would then add to a custom form in order to create a workflow that's necessary for my company's business operations). Does anyone have any tips of recommendations? Or a workaround? Thanks! submitted by &
