I'm away in Greece and I think there must be some sort of block on the WiFi here. When I load Zendesk it finishes loading but it's just a blank screen. The same when I do it on my phone. However, if I use my data from my UK SIM card it works on my phone. But if I hotspot from the phone to my laptop
