Announcing the ability to configure the sender for advanced AI agent emails

Advanced AI agents now allow you to configure which user appears as the sender of AI agent email responses in the Agent Workspace, giving you greater control over internal ticket visibility whilst customers continue to receive emails from your configured brand name and support address. If you're using the default system user, no action is required; however, if you want to designate a specific user as the sender, refer to the configuration guidance and ensure any dependent triggers are updated accordingly.
